PERS collects this information for the purpose of site monitoring and improvement.   You do not need to have an account before PERS can collect this anonymous information.

Personally Identifiable Information

Refers to information that tells us specifically who you are in the PERS information system.   Examples of this information include: Name, Account Number, Organization Name, Organization Number, and all other information referenced by those identifiers.

PERS will collect this information for the purpose of assisting you online, reporting and tracking of internal errors, and auditing of transactions.  You must have an account and have logged into the PERS system before PERS can collect this information.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

PERS will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.   PERS will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies, organizations or people when:

  • We have your consent to share information;
  • We need to share information to provide the service you requested;
  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal processes; or
  • We find that your actions violate the PERS Terms of Use.
