Personally Identifiable Information
Refers to information that tells us specifically who you are in the PERS information system. Examples of this information include: Name, Account Number, Organization Name, Organization Number, and all other information referenced by those identifiers.
PERS will collect this information for the purpose of assisting you online, reporting and tracking of internal errors, and auditing of transactions. You must have an account and have logged into the PERS system before PERS can collect this information.
