Enclosed is the 2001 Edition of the Public Employees' Retirement Act (NRS Chapter 286) and PERS' Official Policies. Both publications have been updated to include changes that occurred in the 2001 Session of the Legislature, as well as policy changes approved by the Retirement Board.
