RETIREMENT BOARD GOVERNANCE POLICIES

The Subcommittee of the Public Employees' Retirement Board was called to order by Vice-Chairman DeFrancesco at 10:10 a.m.,
August 19, 2005, in the PERS' Board Room, 5820 South Eastern Avenue, Suite 220, Las Vegas, Nevada. Members present: Susan
DeFrancesco and George Stevens.
- ADMINISTRATION
Staff reviewed the draft governance policies with the Subcommittee as prepared by Cortex. The committee recommended
changes which will be incorporated into the policies and then presented to the Board for adoption at the September
2005 meeting.
- PUBLIC COMMENT
There were no public comments.
- ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 12:02 p.m.
