The Retirement Board appoints members to the Police and Firemen's
Retirement Fund Advisory Committee. The committee currently has five members who serve at
the pleasure of the Retirement Board. The committee makes recommendations to the
Retirement Board concerning administration of and benefits payable from the police and
firemen’s fund. The board consults with the committee on all matters concerning this fund
and considers recommendations from this committee on their merits. The Advisory Committee
consist of two firefighters, two police officers and the fifth position rotates between
firefighters and police officers on a two year basis. Its members include:

William Loncar: |

Mr. Loncar is a driver/operator for the
Washoe County Airport Authority and currently serves as Chairman. He was appointed to the
Committee in 1989. |

Mr. Chase is a Deputy Chief for the Boulder City Police Department.
He was appointed to the Committee in 2007. |

Fred Galey: |

Mr. Galey is a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Officer. He was appointed to the
Committee in 2000. |

Raymond (Rusty) McAllister: |

Mr. McAllister is a Fire Captain for the City of Las Vegas and President
of the Professional Fire Fighters of Nevada. He was appointed to the Committee in
1999. |

Richard (Rich) Tiran: |

Mr. Tiran is a Parole and Probation Officer for the State of Nevada. He was
appointed to the Committee in 2000. |
